If we've published your story or we've used your artwork, we'll include you here in all your foul-fishy glory. We are happy to occasionally update to include new things you're proud of and would like people to find. You don't have to send us a picture, but if you don't you may find you've been represented by a bear, a kitten, a spooky doll or angry duck of our choosing.

    Anika Carpenter lives and works in Brighton, UK. Her flash fiction has been published by Fictive Dream, Gone Lawn, Disappointed Housewife and others, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best Small Fiction and Best of the Net. Her artwork has been shown in various venues, including Eastbourne’s Towner Gallery. When she’s not working on her own stuff, she runs The Flash Cabin ‘a cosy spot on the virtual vista’ that hosts online writing workshops, and when she’s not doing that she runs in-person retreats for Writer’s HQ.

    Rachel Henderson was born in California, raised in Colorado, and moved to New Orleans in 2004. When she’s not crunching numbers at her day job, she spends her time writing horror fiction and playing bagpipes. Her photograph, Following Rules, placed third in the 2024 Carolina Woman’s Magazine’s photograph contest. More recently, she exhibited two digital collages—Surrender and The Deep End—in the Orange County Arts Commission Coalesce Art: A Collaboration of Poetry and Visual Art held in January 2024. Her digital collage, Forest Hawk, was displayed in the 2024 North Carolina Botanical Gardens’ Saving Our Savannas Community Art exhibit.
