If we've published your story or we've used your artwork, we'll include you here in all your foul-fishy glory. We are happy to occasionally update to include new things you're proud of and would like people to find. You don't have to send us a picture, but if you don't you may find you've been represented by a bear, a kitten, a spooky doll or angry duck of our choosing.

Hunter is an unpublished, emerging writer.
They will be an MFA candidate in fiction at Brown University in the fall and currently live in Providence RI with their partner and two cats
Bert Burns

Bert is a five-year-old Tabby, who resides with his brother, Buster, and his begrudgingly adopted sister, Gypsy Mae. He enjoys long naps on the windowsill, empty boxes, and refusing affection from his humans.
His goal is to one day catch the laser, training daily to achieve this feat.
Billie-Leigh Burns

Billie-Leigh Burns is a writer from Liverpool.
Her work has been featured by 50 Word Stories, 101 Words, Funny Pearls, and The Mersey Review.
She is also a bookkeeper, making her the only writer she knows who owns an 'I Heart Spreadsheets' mug.
Anika Carpenter
Artist and Writer
Anika Carpenter lives and works in Brighton, UK. Her flash fiction has been published by Fictive Dream, Gone Lawn, Disappointed Housewife and others, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best Small Fiction and Best of the Net. Her artwork has been shown in various venues, including Eastbourne’s Towner Gallery. When she’s not working on her own stuff, she runs The Flash Cabin ‘a cosy spot on the virtual vista’ that hosts online writing workshops, and when she’s not doing that she runs in-person retreats for Writer’s HQ.

Michael Conley is a poet and prose writer from Manchester, UK. His work has appeared in a variety of magazines and his prose collection, Flare and Falter, was longlisted for the Edge Hill Short Story Prize.
Zoe Davis

Zoe Davis is an emerging writer and artist from Sheffield, England. A quality engineer in advanced manufacturing by day, she spends her evenings and weekends writing poetry and prose, and especially enjoys exploring the interaction between the fantastical and the mundane, with a deeply personal edge to her work. Kody Greene is a Canadian Writer based out of the frozen wasteland of Edmonton, Alberta. He can usually be found daydreaming about derelict spaceships, haunted forests, or reanimated alien corpses. Rachel Henderson was born in California, raised in Colorado, and moved to New Orleans in 2004. When she’s not crunching numbers at her day job, she spends her time writing horror fiction and playing bagpipes. Rachel’s short stories have been published in the Finn McCool's Short Story Anthology and The Writer's Arena. In 2021, she won first place in the NYC Midnight Short Screenplay Competition.

A Londoner by birth, Susan Wigmore grew up on jellied eels and rhyming slang but after spells in Kent, South Wales and Japan, has lived in Oxfordshire more years than she cares to remember. She loves writing short things, canoeing, climbing mountains (slowly) and challenging herself in all three, which can get her into trouble sometimes. Helvellyn’s Striding Edge with a frozen shoulder was a particular highlight.
